The HR Training Resources website was developed by Loretta Summers, President of The Summers Advisory Group, Inc., a firm specializing in Human Resources Training and Consulting. Her expertise in the area of Human Resources Training and Consulting has allowed her to pool together a number of resources for those pursuing a career in Human Resources or for managers wanting to increase the skills and capability of their employees and teams.

Loretta holds the following certifications: Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Development Dimensions International (DDI) facilitator, Achieve Global facilitator, mediator and certified trainer of workplace conflict, professional trainer, diversity trainer, and WBE/MBE for the State of Missouri and the Minority Supplier Council.

Loretta is a an adjunct consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, the world's leading career transition and organizational consulting firm. She is also an adjunct professor at Baker University, Ottawa University, Avila University and Johnson County Community College where she teaches Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Human Resource Management, Organizational Structure, Organizational Behavior, Intercultural Competence, Diversity, Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Essentials of Human Resource Management, the SHRM Learning System as well as a number of professional development courses.

Loretta is an authorized distributor for Inscape Publishing; an international consulting firm that for over twenty years has been using learning profiles to help individuals and organizations align their potential for success. In addition, she is an authorized distributor for Vital Learning, an organization that provides solutions to enhance the performance and productivity of a broad range of employees.
